Cluster "Fundamental research in scientific archaeology"

Scientific methods and results have long been included in the interpretation of archaeological finds and features and they are also increasingly involved in the clarification of the history of cultural and social processes. Further innovative development and adaptation of such methods, especially in the archaeology of our study area but also in fundamental research in the widest sense, are an important part of the ZBSA’s scientific activity.
